BEREA, Ohio — Extensive receiver Marquise Goodwin will miss the beginning of Cleveland Browns coaching camp as a result of blood clots, the staff revealed Friday.
Goodwin started experiencing “discomfort in his legs and slight shortness of breath” throughout OTAs within the spring. Comply with-up checks confirmed blood clots in his legs and lungs.
It’s unclear when Goodwin will rejoin the Browns on the follow discipline. Cleveland signed the 32-year-old veteran within the offseason.
Goodwin has 187 profession receptions and was introduced in to play a key function in Cleveland’s receiver rotation.
The Browns’ first coaching camp follow is Saturday on the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
