Exeter Chiefs have signed England worldwide Harriet Millar-Mills forward of the brand new Premiership Ladies’s Rugby marketing campaign.
The 32-year-old former Wasps and Lichfield ahead, who has gained 66 caps, didn’t play final season as she was dwelling in the US.
